Christopher Licciardi spent 35 years making critical decisions on some of the most demanding construction projects in the country. He built this program because he saw the need and because nothing like it existed.
Over that career — in frontline and leadership roles at local, national, and global construction firms — Christopher witnessed firsthand how ethical lapses in procurement, change orders, safety, and quality can destroy projects, relationships, and careers. He also witnessed what ethical leadership looks like when it's done right. That combination of experience is the foundation of everything in this program.
Christopher's expertise comes from managing major projects for high-profile clients including Google, AT&T, Princeton University, and NBC Universal, leading teams of engineers, project managers, and construction professionals on complex projects across the United States. At every level of that work, ethical decision-making was not theoretical — it was daily, consequential, and often made under pressure.
That experience shaped his thinking across every dimension of construction practice:
"I built this program because I know what ethical pressure feels like in construction and I know what it costs when the wrong decisions are made. Generic ethics training doesn't work for this industry because it isn't built for this industry. This program is."
Christopher holds a California General Contractor B license and is the founder of Construction Ethics Training LLC.
