With over 35 years of experience in the commercial construction industry, Christopher Licciardi is uniquely qualified to train professionals on ethical practices in construction. Having witnessed both exemplary and questionable ethical behavior throughout his career, he understands the challenges individuals and companies face and is dedicated to guiding them toward integrity and accountability in their business practices.

Christopher’s expertise comes from frontline and leadership roles at local, national, and global construction firms, managing major projects for high-profile clients such as Google, AT&T, Princeton University, and NBC Universal. His leadership has encompassed the management of engineers, project managers, and construction professionals on complex projects across the United States.
